At Revolutionary FIT we take a holistic approach to Health and Fitness. Essentially, we view exercise and nutrition as form of medicine. Both exercise and nutrition have been proven to help individuals suffering from high-blood-pressure, Type II diabetes, obesity, depression, and etc. Therefore, we have named our workout the POD (prescription of the day) for which a dose a day will help keep the doctor away.
Our program is designed around exercises that we refer to as the CORE 5. Essentially, these are the exercises that we utilize and maintain on a consistent basis to improve each Warrior and Warrior Candidate strength. In addition, each Warrior and Warrior Candidate will be expected to master our technique that we term the Neuro-Muscular Connection in order to produce OPTIMAL RESULTS!
